DONE:
-working architecture in place
-file writing works fine

-entry info checks for:
	-double usernames (prevents duplicate signups)
	-checks against list of all ncsu students
	-checks against max allowed (counter)
	-checks that at least one equipment was checked
	

TODO:
-increase counter when a successful signup is made (!)
-make the form more visually appealing (pics? layout?)
-other?
