WELCOME TO BEST!!!!

1. BACKGROUND

BEST is a funny program that (maybe) will get your netscape connection 
running much faster than before.  We assure you that it does not do
this, but it can still be very fun to use.  Please do not take offense
at any of the insults this program will dish out at you, they are there
to be funny.

2. USING BEST

To use best, simply double click on "BEST.exe" and it will (hopefully)
load.  All you do is type answers to questions it gives you.  If you 
have a printer, make sure it is hooked up to LPT1 and turned on.  The 
program will automatically print your "conversation" with the computer.
(note: The printer will print only half the page and freeze.  This is 
normal.  All you have to do is press the button with the folding paper
and the arrow pointing down.)
